What residential scaffolding covers
Domestic scaffolding gives safe, stable access for a wide range of home projects, re-roofing, chimney repairs, gutter, fascia and soffit replacement, rendering and painting, window and door work, extensions, loft conversions and solar panel installation.
We handle single-storey jobs, two- and three-storey homes, and properties with awkward access or restricted space.
Who it's for
We work directly for homeowners, and for the local builders, roofers, renderers and decorators who need reliable access to get their work done.
No job is too small, from a single chimney to a full re-roof or whole-house renovation.
Safe, considerate and compliant
Domestic scaffolds sit close to neighbours, gardens and public footpaths, so they need to be secure, well-signed and tidy. Where a scaffold oversails a pavement, a council licence may be required, we'll advise and arrange this where needed.
Every scaffold is built to TG20 and SG4 guidance by CISRS-qualified, directly employed operatives.

Residential Scaffolding - Your Questions
Do you take on small domestic jobs?
Yes, no job is too small. We're happy to quote for a single chimney or gable as well as full re-roofs.
How long can I keep the scaffold up?
Hire periods are flexible and depend on your project. We'll agree a timescale with you and your contractor.
Do I need a licence for scaffolding on my property?
If the scaffold goes over a public pavement or road, the council usually requires a licence. We'll advise and arrange this where needed.
Are your scaffolders qualified?
Yes. Our operatives are CISRS qualified and directly employed, and we build to TG20 and SG4 guidance.
